Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sizzle. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Persimmoners at any time.

Disclaimer

The materials within the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Persimmoners makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Persimmoners does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this App.

Limitations

In no event shall Persimmoners or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App, even if Persimmoners or a Persimmoners authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Persimmoners does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete or current. Persimmoners may make changes to the materials contained on its App at any time without notice. However, Persimmoners does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

Persimmoners has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Persimmoners of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Modifications

Persimmoners may revise these terms of service for its App at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Governing Law

User Account

• You agree to pay the fees according to the subscription plan you choose
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase

Content and Conduct

Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, or material. You are responsible for the content you post and share through our App.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware
